Questions about working with us.
What does it cost to start a subscription?
The environment takeover is a one-off charge equal to one month's subscription. We don't charge it for contracts of 24 months or longer.
How do we report a failure?
By phone or email. Response time is counted from when the ticket is logged. For a critical failure, calling is always best.
What happens when we stop working together?
We hand over the complete documentation and access with a signed handover record. Another provider should be able to take over the environment without guessing what's where.
How long is the contract?
The minimum term depends on the package: START IT 3 months, BUSINESS IT 6 months, PROFESSIONAL IT 12 months, ENTERPRISE IT 12 months. Two- and three-year contracts qualify for a loyalty discount.
